בימים אלה המרכז לקידום הלמידה וההוראה מוביל שינוי של שיטת העבודה עם מערכת ה – Moodle, זאת לאור הגידול המשמעותי בפעילות ההוראה המקוונת בטכניון. החל משנת הלימודים הקרובה (תשפ"ג), יוקמו אתרים חדשים עבור הקורסים של אותה השנה. אתרי הקורסים של שנת הלימודים הקודמת ימשיכו להיות זמינים גם לאחר סיום שנת הלימודים, וכל התכנים והנתונים שבהם יישמרו. המשתמשים יוכלו לעבור בין אתרים של שנים אקדמיות שונות ולסגל ההוראה תהיה אפשרות להעתיק תכנים בין אתרים בקלות.
אתרי הקורסים עבור תשפ"ג ייפתחו לצוותי ההוראה ביום שני, ה - 12.09.2022. האתרים החדשים יהיו ריקים ויונגשו לצוות ההוראה והלומדים של אותה השנה בלבד, בהתאם לשיבוץ ולרישום. הודעה נפרדת, עם הנחיות והסברים מפורטים להכנת האתרים, תישלח לצוותי ההוראה בהמשך. אתרי הקורסים של שנת הלימודים תשפ"ב (כולל אתרי קיץ) יהיו זמינים בסרגל הניווט תחת הכותרת "שנים אחרות".

In light of the significant increase in online teaching activities at the Technion, the Center for the Promotion of Learning and Teaching is leading a change in how we utilize the Moodle system. Starting the upcoming academic year (2022-2023), new websites will be created for courses being taught during that year. Course websites from previous academic years will continue to be available even after the end of the academic year, and all content and data stored in them will be saved. Users will be able to move between the websites of different academic years and the teaching staff will have the option to easily copy content between sites.
The course websites for the 2022-2023 academic year will be available for the teaching staff to access starting Monday, September 12, 2022. The new websites will be empty, and accessible only to the teaching staff and students of that year, in accordance with placement and registration. A separate message, with detailed instructions and explanations for preparing these websites will be sent to the teaching staff soon. The course websites for the 2021-2022 academic year (including summer courses) will be available to accessed through the navigation bar, under the heading “Other Years.”
